Authenticity & Condition Standards

1. Our listing standard

We aim to provide accurate titles, descriptions, photographs, product specifications, condition notes, and availability information. Contact us before ordering if a listing detail is unclear.

2. Sealed products

Products described as factory sealed are sold with the manufacturer’s original seal, shrink wrap, or packaging intact unless the listing clearly discloses otherwise. Product images may be manufacturer or representative images; packaging details can vary.

3. Raw singles

Photographs show the actual card unless stated otherwise and form part of the description. Raw-card condition is subjective; no numerical grade is promised without third-party grading. Review all photographs and notes before purchasing.

4. Graded cards

Photographs show the actual slab unless stated otherwise. Graded cards retain the authentication and grade assigned by the company identified on the holder. We do not control its methods, opinions, population reports, registry status, or future regrading decisions.

5. Supported grading companies

Listings may include PSA, Beckett Grading Services (BGS), Sportscard Guaranty Corporation (SGC), and CGC Cards. The grading company and grade are stated when applicable.

6. Certification numbers

We may display certification numbers. Customers should independently verify them using the grading company’s official tools.

7. Manufacturer contents and odds

Manufacturers control configuration, collation, insert ratios, card condition, and odds. Unless expressly guaranteed, we do not guarantee any autograph, memorabilia card, player, parallel, insert, serial number, grade, market value, or resale value.

8. Market value

Collectibles can change in value. We do not provide financial, investment, grading, or resale advice or guarantee future value.

9. Listing errors

If a product is materially different from its listing, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and do not alter, open, or dispose of the item or packaging during review.
