These Terms govern your use of this website and purchases from All Sports Cards LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account.

2. Store information

All Sports Cards LLC operates online from 4850 Autumn Dr, Cedar Rapids, IA 52411. The location is not open for walk-in retail purchases.

3. Products and availability

We aim for accurate descriptions, images, prices, and availability, but may correct errors and cancel unavailable or incorrectly listed products. Representative images may be used for sealed products.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, hold, or cancel orders for inventory, payment, fraud, address, quantity, pricing, or legal reasons. Confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

5. Prices, taxes, shipping, and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total amount.

6. Shipping

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk and remedies for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, final-sale items, authorization, shipping costs, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Preorders and cancellations

9. Collectible risk

Manufacturers control sealed-product contents, collation, odds, and card condition. Unless expressly stated, no specific card, autograph, memorabilia item, parallel, grade, market value, or resale value is guaranteed.

10. Singles, graded cards, and condition

Actual-item photographs are used unless stated otherwise. Raw condition is subjective. Third-party grades remain the grading company's opinion. Review our Authenticity & Condition Standards.

11. Promotions

Discounts may have eligibility, timing, product, or quantity limits and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted.

12. Reviews and user content

You grant us permission to use content you submit for operating and promoting the store. Content must be lawful, accurate, and must not violate others' rights.

13. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape without permission, transmit malicious code, commit fraud, impersonate others, or violate law.

14. Intellectual property

The site, branding, text, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to All Sports Cards LLC and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.

15. Third-party services

Payment, shipping, hosting, analytics, and linked third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided as available without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to it.

These Terms are governed by Iowa law and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.

20. Severability and waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement concerning site use and purchases.

22. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance where permitted.
