Preorder & Order Cancellation Policy

1. What a preorder is
A preorder is an order for a product that has not yet been released or is not yet available for immediate shipment. Products are identified as preorders on their product pages.
2. Payment
Full payment is collected at checkout when a preorder is placed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment.
3. Release dates
Release and arrival dates are estimates supplied by manufacturers, distributors, or other suppliers. Dates may change without notice because of production, allocation, distribution, carrier, or manufacturer delays. An estimated release date is not a guaranteed delivery date.
4. Preorder cancellation
You may request a full cancellation and refund within 24 hours of placing a preorder, unless the order has already entered fulfillment.
After 24 hours, a cancellation may be offered as store credit or approved at our discretion. Nothing in this section limits remedies required by applicable law or a refund owed because we cannot fulfill the product.
5. Mixed preorder and in-stock orders
Orders containing both preorder and in-stock products normally ship when all items are available. Place separate orders if you want in-stock items shipped immediately.
6. Delays
If a release is materially delayed, we will make a reasonable effort to update the product page or contact affected customers. A manufacturer delay does not automatically cancel the preorder.
7. Allocation shortages and cancellations
Manufacturers and distributors may reduce or cancel allocations. If we cannot fulfill a preorder, we will cancel the unavailable item and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We are not responsible for indirect losses, missed resale opportunities, or changes in market value resulting from an allocation shortage or release delay.
8. Standard order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation of an in-stock order. We may cancel an order before fulfillment begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order is being packed or has shipped.
9. Fraud and payment review
We may hold, cancel, or refund an order that fails payment verification, address verification, fraud review, inventory verification, or other reasonable security checks.
