Preorder & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: June 22, 2026

1. What a preorder is

A preorder is an order for a product not yet released or available for immediate shipment. Preorders are identified on product pages.

2. Payment

Full payment is collected at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment.

3. Release dates

Release and arrival dates are supplier estimates and may change due to production, allocation, distribution, carrier, or manufacturer delays. An estimated release date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

4. Preorder cancellation

You may request a full cancellation and refund within 24 hours of placing a preorder, unless fulfillment has begun. After 24 hours, cancellation may be offered as store credit or approved at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

5. Mixed orders

Orders containing preorder and in-stock products normally ship when all items are available. Place separate orders for immediate shipment of in-stock items.

6. Delays

If a release is materially delayed, we will make a reasonable effort to update affected customers. A manufacturer delay does not automatically cancel a preorder.

7. Allocation shortages

If we cannot fulfill a preorder, we will cancel the unavailable item and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We are not responsible for indirect losses or market-value changes.

8. Standard cancellations

Contact us promptly. Cancellation is not guaranteed once packing or shipment has begun.

9. Fraud and payment review

We may hold, cancel, or refund an order that fails payment, address, fraud, inventory, or other reasonable security checks.
