Authenticity & Condition Standards

1. Our listing standard

We aim to provide accurate titles, descriptions, photographs, product specifications, condition notes, and availability information. Contact us before ordering if a listing detail is unclear.

2. Sealed products

Products described as factory sealed are sold with the manufacturer's original seal, shrink wrap, or packaging intact unless the listing clearly discloses otherwise.

Product images for sealed boxes, packs, and cases may be manufacturer images or representative images of the same product. Packaging artwork, promotional labels, and minor manufacturer packaging details can vary.

3. Raw singles

Photographs of a raw single show the actual card being sold unless the listing clearly states otherwise. The photographs form part of the product description.

Raw-card condition is subjective. Unless a card is sold with a grade issued by a third-party grading company, no numerical grade is promised. Review all photographs and disclosed condition notes before purchasing.

4. Graded cards

Photographs of a graded card show the actual slab being sold unless the listing clearly states otherwise. Graded cards retain the authentication and grade assigned by the grading company identified on the holder.

All Sports Cards LLC does not control or guarantee a grading company's methods, opinions, population reports, registry status, future regrading decisions, or continued acceptance in the marketplace.

5. Supported grading companies

Listings may include cards graded by companies such as:

• PSA;
• Beckett Grading Services (BGS);
• Sportscard Guaranty Corporation (SGC); and
• CGC Cards.

The grading company and grade are stated on the individual product page when applicable.

6. Certification numbers

We may display a grading certification number when available. Customers should independently verify a certification number through the grading company's official tools when that verification is important to the purchase decision.

7. Manufacturer contents and odds

Manufacturers control product configuration, collation, insert ratios, card condition, and stated odds. Unless the listing expressly repeats an official manufacturer guarantee, we do not guarantee a particular autograph, memorabilia card, player, parallel, insert, serial number, grade, market value, or resale value.

8. Market value

Trading cards and sealed collectibles can change in market value. We do not provide financial, investment, grading, or resale advice, and we do not guarantee that a product will retain or increase in value.

9. Listing errors

If you believe a product is materially different from its listing, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and do not alter, open, or dispose of the item or packaging while we review the issue.
