These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of allsportscards.shop and purchases from All Sports Cards LLC (“All Sports Cards,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. If you use an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under the account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

The business location is not open for walk-in retail shopping or unscheduled returns.

3. Products and availability

Products are subject to availability. Adding a product to a cart does not reserve inventory. We may limit quantities, decline orders, correct inventory errors, or discontinue products.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Screen settings, photography, manufacturer changes, and packaging variations may cause minor differences. Product details supplied by manufacturers may change without notice.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We may accept, hold, cancel, or refund an order for reasons including:

Insufficient inventory;
Pricing or listing errors;
Payment failure;
Fraud or security concerns;
Address or identity-verification issues;
Suspected resale abuse, automated purchasing, or violation of purchase limits;
Legal or policy restrictions.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

5. Prices, taxes, shipping, and payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown during checkout before payment.

We may correct typographical, pricing, discount, or product-information errors. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected item.

Payment is processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

6. Shipping

Shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, charges, tracking, address responsibilities, signature requirements, and loss or damage procedures are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, final-sale products, return procedures, return shipping, and refund timing are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Preorders and cancellations

Preorder payment, estimated release dates, allocation shortages, mixed orders, and cancellation rules are described in our Preorder & Order Cancellation Policy.

9. Trading cards, sealed products, and collectible risk

Trading cards and sealed collectibles may have variable contents, condition, scarcity, and market value. Manufacturers control packaging, collation, odds, print quality, and product configuration.

Unless a listing expressly states an official manufacturer guarantee, we do not guarantee any particular card, player, autograph, memorabilia card, parallel, insert, serial number, grade, pull result, market value, or resale value.

Opening a sealed product makes it final sale except where applicable law requires otherwise or where we confirm that the wrong product was sent or the product was materially misdescribed before opening.

10. Singles, graded cards, and condition

Raw-card condition can be subjective. Product photographs of raw singles and graded cards show the actual item unless a listing clearly states otherwise. Review photographs and condition notes before ordering.

A third-party grade is the opinion of the grading company shown on the holder. We do not control grading standards, regrading outcomes, population reports, registry status, or future market acceptance.

11. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may have eligibility, product, date, quantity, and geographic restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or used after expiration. We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by error, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized distribution.

12. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute submitted content for store operations, customer support, and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, or violates these Terms.

13. Acceptable use

You may not:

Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity;
Interfere with site security, checkout, inventory, accounts, or technical operation;
Use bots, scripts, scraping, or automated purchasing in a way that harms the store or other customers;
Transmit malware or malicious code;
Impersonate another person or submit false payment, identity, or address information;
Copy or exploit site content in violation of intellectual-property rights;
Attempt to evade purchase limits, fraud controls, or access restrictions.

14. Intellectual property

The site design, original text, graphics, logos, interface elements, and other original content are owned by All Sports Cards LLC or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Product names, league names, team names, athlete names, card brands, manufacturer marks, and grading-company marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in product listings identifies the products and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

15. Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, review tools, social platforms, and manufacturer websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every description will be free of minor error, or that third-party services will always be available.

These Terms do not exclude warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Sports Cards LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost resale opportunities, lost data, or changes in collectible value arising from use of the site or purchase of products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Sports Cards LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, fraud, or infringement of another person's rights.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection law in your home jurisdiction applies.

20. Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

21. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies linked here and information shown during checkout, form the agreement between you and All Sports Cards LLC regarding use of the site and purchases.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
